Cycladic Breeze covers a total area of 200 s.m in two levels and is suitable for up to 8 guests.

The upper-level encompasses a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a fire place, a separate dining area and a WC. The lower-level features two en-suite double bedrooms, two double bed-bedrooms and one large bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and have direct access to spacious terrace with sea and sunset view.

The exterior of the house is just as comfortable, dominated by the beautiful infinity pool which looks right out to the Aegean Sea. Close to the pool, stands a big shaded pergola with a dining table and nearby built in BBQ, complemented with a wood heated oven. Plenty of sun loungers and various shaded chill-out areas make the outside the ideal place to rest and relax during the day or night. Being on the top of a hill and thanks to its natural downhill slopes, it enjoys breathtaking panoramic sea views and soothing sunsets from all around.

The house is located on the west coast of Kea, only 3 klms away from the port of Kea and 3 ,5 klms from the sandy beach of Xyla, maybe the best of the island.
