Situated in the heart of Kea, only one kilometer away from the capital Ioulis, Amber Summer is built in accordance with the precepts of the local architecture but also blends successfully new design trends.
The colorful residence covers a total area of 160 s.m. in one level and is suitable for 6 guests. It encompasses a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a fireplace and a dining table, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms are really spacious and two extra folding beds can be placed everywhere, increasing the capacity to 8 guests. The living room opens up to a wide veranda, where much of the summer-life takes place.
Undoubtedly, what makes this house special is its exterior sitting areas and its amazing view of the breathtaking scenery of the Aegean Sea and the capital. A windproof area near the entrance of the house protects the outdoor table and the BBQ area from the desires of the north wind called “ Meltemi”. Whether starting your day with a typical Greek breakfast or ending it with a hearty BBQ, the veranda will become the epicenter of your summer days and the point of departure for your daily trips around the isle.
We will be more than eager to host you at the Amber Summer and give you tips and recommendations on how to make the most of your holiday on the island of Kea.
